Slingo.com(TM), an online game service dedicated to Slingo Inc.'s and its affiliates' games ("Slingo.com" or the "Service"), is offered by Slingo Inc.

Slingo.com TOS:
SECTION 1
The Rules of Play tell you what you can expect on Slingo.com, and the kind of online behavior we expect of you. It also contains the terms on which we make the Service and any software available. Our player community is always evolving, so it's important that you periodically check here (as well as the rules and instructions in your favorite game areas) for updates and new information. All of our games, activities and other services, regardless of when they are added to Slingo.com are governed by our Terms of Service.
By "Content," we mean the software, communications, images, sounds, and all the material and information you see on our Service. Slingo.com, our Members, our affiliates, and our independent content providers provide most of the Content on Slingo.com. Slingo.com does not pre-screen all Content available on our Service. Slingo.com does not assume any responsibility or liability for Content that is provided by Members or other guests on Slingo.com. Slingo.com does not endorse, approve, or prescreen any Content that you or other users communicate on the Service. We reserve the right to remove Content that is objectionable to us for any reason. Neither Slingo.com nor its affiliates assume any liability for any failure to remove, or any delay in removing, Content. You bear the entire risk of the completeness, accuracy or usefulness of Content found on our Service.
Members and other guests may generate Content in chat rooms, message boards, and in chat during games, etc. This kind of Content must reflect our standards, and we may remove it if, in our best judgement, it does not meet those standards. When we do, if you are a Member, you may receive a warning from us if your Account (described in the Membership Agreement) was responsible for posting the offensive Content. If it's a serious offense or you've violated our rules before, we may ban you from participating on Slingo.com and terminate your Member Account.
Strong vulgar language, crude or explicit sexual references, discussions of illegal drugs, and hate speech are offensive and always inappropriate Content for Slingo.com. In other cases, there may be "gray areas". Always use your best judgment. If you would not say something in a room full of people you have never met, or in the workplace, please don't post it on our message boards or chat. Slingo.com makes the final determination about whether Content is objectionable or not. This determination is in our sole discretion, and is final.
Slingo.com representatives may monitor your communications on Slingo.com. But, because we cannot monitor all of the Content on Slingo.com, and we do not attempt to do so, you might encounter something you don't want to see. You can report it to the game support or complaint e-mail address for the area in which the incident occurred. Reading the game help documents, or asking our Slingo.com staff members or other players in the game is a great way to learn how to use ignore tools. (Remember: Slingo.com staff members will not ask you for your password or account information.)
Slingo.com may provide at times the ability to report chat by using a button called "TOS" (Terms of Service) or "Report Chat Offenders". Members can report chat to Slingo Inc. directly using this method.
Your good judgment in making reports, particularly about the opinions of others, is important and appreciated. Slingo.com does not endorse or oppose the opinions of any Member or guest, but we may take issue with the manner in which an opinion is expressed.
You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of the Service and for all of your communication and activity on the Service, including any Content you contribute, and that you will indemnify and hold harmless Slingo Inc., affiliates, employees, officers, and directors from any liability or damages arising from your conduct on Slingo.com, including any Content that you contribute. Online conduct should be guided by common sense and basic etiquette. You will violate the Terms of Service if you (or others using your Account) do any of the following:
- Post, transmit, promote, or distribute Content that is illegal.
- Harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else to another Member or guest that is unwanted. This means: don't say bad things about them, don't keep sending them unwanted messages, don't attack their race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, etc. If you disagree with someone, respond to the subject, not the person.
- Transmit or facilitate distribution of Content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, or in a reasonable person's view, objectionable. Hate speech is not tolerated.
- Disrupt the flow of chat in chat rooms with vulgar language, abusiveness, hitting the Return key repeatedly or inputting large images so the screen goes by too fast to read, or flooding [posting repetitive text]. This is online vandalism, and it ruins the experience for others.
- You may not impersonate another person (including celebrities), indicate that you are an SLINGO.COM employee or a representative of SLINGO.COM, or attempt to mislead users by indicating that you represent Slingo Inc. or any of Slingo.com's partners or affiliates.
- Attempt to get a password, other account information, or other private information from a Member or any other user on Slingo.com. Remember: Slingo.com employees will NEVER ask for your password. Don't give your password, reminder words, or other information out to anyone.
- Upload any software or Content that you do not own or have permission to freely distribute.
- Promote or encourage any illegal activity including distribution of counterfeit software.
- Upload files that contain a virus or corrupted data.
- Post messages for any purpose other than personal communication, or transmit advertising, promotional materials, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or make any commercial use of our Service.
- Improperly use the in-game support or complaint buttons or make false reports to Slingo.com staff members.
- Obey the rules wherever you are. This includes rules for use of third party tools, and rules of interactive service providers, state, local, federal laws, or foreign or international law where appropriate. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Other services on our site have their own rules, and you should consult them before interacting with Slingo.com.
The laws that apply in the offline world must be obeyed online as well. We have zero tolerance for illegal behavior on Slingo.com. We may terminate the use of the Service and cooperate with law enforcement on such matters.
The use of machines, computers that automatically play games, scripts or ANY automated systems to play Slingo.com games, or use of any method to change, alter, interfere or otherwise modify scores, points, entries or Slingo Coins is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and may result in criminal liability under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Section 1030 of the United States Code. Slingo.com can and will terminate the account of and permanently disqualify any entrants who Slingo.com, in it's sole discretion, determines as being in violation of the Slingo.com Terms of Service.
"Playing a Game" constitutes using the game software that is downloaded to the client computer in only 1 (ONE) browser window generated by the Slingo.com site. Use of multiple game or browser windows, playing more than 1 game at a time, using the downloaded game software in a manner not consistent with it's intended use, intercepting or sending falsified code or information, or using game software with modified game code, or playing in any manner which gives 1 player an unfair advantage is considered CHEATING and WILL void all scores accumulated in this matter and will result in the immediate termination of the Member Account.
Slingo Inc. reserves the right to relinquish a player found to be cheating or in violation of the Slingo.com Terms of Service of all accumulated Slingo Coins, Points and Contest Entries. By playing any game on Slingo.com or using any service found within the site is considered your acceptance of these terms. Your only remedy of non-acceptance of the rules and regulations set within the Slingo.com Terms of service is not using Slingo.com or its features or games.
Slingo.com may include hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than Slingo.com, including advertisers and other content providers. Those sites may collect data or solicit personal information from you. Slingo.com does not control such websites, and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or for the collection, use or disclosure of any information those sites may collect.
Connecting to the Service; Public Nature of Communications
When you connect to Slingo.com, we may retrieve information from the computer used to log onto the Service about the computer's hardware system and any data related to the computer's operation of Slingo.com software. We will not collect any personal information about you, however, without your knowledge and consent as stated in our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge and agree that your communications with other users via chats, conferences, message boards, and any other avenues of communication on this Service are public and not private communications, and that you have no expectation of privacy concerning your use of this Service. You acknowledge that personal information that you communicate on this Service may be seen and used by others and result in unsolicited communications, therefore we strongly encourage you not to disclose any personal information about yourself in your public communications on our Service. Slingo Inc. is not responsible for information that you choose to communicate to other users on the Service, or for the actions of other users.
Commercial Activity and Unsolicited E-mail
You may not advertise any goods or services on Slingo.com. Chain letters, MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) and pyramid schemes are not allowed. You may not use any area of Slingo.com to collect information, including login names, about Slingo.com Members, and use of such information to send unsolicited e-mail or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited. You may not exploit Slingo.com, or any games or services offered on Slingo.com for any commercial purpose. Any violation of these provisions can subject your Slingo.com Account to immediate termination and further legal action.
Copyrights and Trademarks; Proprietary Rights
All of the Content available on Slingo.com is owned by Slingo Inc. and is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. It is very easy to copy things in cyberspace, but that doesn't make it acceptable or legal. You shall not copy or download any Content from Slingo.com unless we have expressly authorized you to do so in writing.
You must also have the legal right to upload any Content to Slingo.com before you do so.
You shall not copy, transmit, modify, distribute, show in public or in private, modify or create any derivative works from the Content you find on Slingo.com, unless Slingo Inc. expressly authorizes you to do so. Making unauthorized copies of any Content found on Slingo.com can lead to the termination of your Slingo.com Account and may subject you to further legal action. In that event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slingo Inc. and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, employees, officers, directors and agents.
Once you post or send any Content to Slingo.com, including any electronic communications directly with Slingo.com such as E-mail or Instant Messenger software, you expressly grant Slingo Inc. the complete and irrevocable right to quote, re-post, use, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, and otherwise communicate, and publicly display and perform the Content in any form, anywhere, with or without attribution to your screen name in Slingo.com's discretion, and without any notice or compensation to you of any kind.
Some games on Slingo.com may require that you download software onto your computer ("Slingo.com Software"). Slingo Inc. grants to you a non-exclusive, limited license to use Slingo.com Software to play games on our Service. You may not sub-license, or charge others to use or access Slingo.com Software. You may not use Slingo.com Software for any other purpose. You may not translate, reverse-engineer, reverse-compile or decompile, disassemble or make derivative works from Slingo.com Software.
You may not modify Slingo.com Software or use it in any way not expressly authorized in writing by Slingo Inc. You understand that Slingo.com's introduction of various technologies may not be consistent across all platforms and that the performance and some features offered by Slingo.com may vary depending on your computer and other equipment.
SLINGO.COM INC. HAS NO LIABILITY OF ANY KIND OR NATURE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SLINGO.COM SOFTWARE (INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE), AND THE ENTIRE RISK OF USE (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE) RESIDES WITH YOU.
Slingo.com Software may be subject to United States export controls. By downloading Slingo.com Software from Slingo.com, you warrant that you are not located in any country, or exporting Slingo Software to any person or place, to which the United States has embargoed goods.
Limitations On Warranty And Liability
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE USE OF SLINGO.COM, SLINGO.COM SOFTWARE, AND THE INTERNET IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. SLINGO.COM, SLINGO.COM SOFTWARE, SLINGO.COM PRODUCTS, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, UNLESS SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LEGALLY INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION. SLINGO INC. PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON A COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE BASIS AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE AT ALL TIMES OR LOCATIONS OF YOUR CHOOSING, OR THAT SLINGO INC. WILL HAVE ADEQUATE CAPACITY FOR THE SERVICE AS A WHOLE OR IN ANY SPECIFIC GEOGRAPHIC AREA.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISPUTE WITH SLINGO.COM IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE, AND TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT AS STATED IN THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT SLINGO INC, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACT OR FAILURE TO ACT BY THEM OR ANY OTHER PERSON REGARDING CONDUCT, COMMUNICATION OR CONTENT ON THE SERVICE OR USE OF SLINGO.COM SOFTWARE. IN NO CASE SHALL SLINGO INC.'S OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES', AFFILIATES', EMPLOYEES', OFFICERS', OR DIRECTORS' (COLLECTIVELY, "SLINGO.COM AFFILIATES") LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT THAT YOU PAID TO SLINGO INC. FOR THE SERVICE. IN NO CASE SHALL SLINGO INC. OR SLINGO.COM AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SLINGO.COM, SLINGO.COM SOFTWARE, THE INTERNET OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF OR MEMBERSHIP WITH SLINGO.COM. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, SLINGO INC.'S AND SLINGO.COM AFFILIATES' LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SLINGO INC. DOES NOT ENDORSE, WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED THROUGH SLINGO.COM AND WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
SECTION 2
SLINGO.COM MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
You become a Member of Slingo.com by completing our registration. This Membership Agreement is a legal document that explains your rights and obligations as a Slingo.com Member. Please read it carefully.
Membership allows you to participate in certain games and activities on Slingo.com. This Membership Agreement and any rules or instructions posted on Slingo.com regarding a particular game, activity, contest, or sweepstakes, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Slingo.com regarding your use of the Service. If there is any conflict between the Membership Agreement and any other rules or instructions posted on Slingo.com, Slingo.com shall resolve the conflict in its sole discretion. As a Slingo.com Member, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Rules of Play and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into this Membership Agreement.
When you accept this Agreement and complete Slingo.com's registration process, you create a Slingo.com account ("Account") and select a login name and password. Your login name is your online identity. You may not use a login name that is used by someone else, and your login name cannot be vulgar, or otherwise offensive, or be used in any way that violates the Terms of Service. You may not provide false information during the registration process. Slingo Inc. will determine what is offensive or vulgar at its sole discretion.
Slingo Inc. reserves the right to limit member access to the Slingo.com website, as well as member privledges, until an "Activation" is performed by the user. An "Activation" consists of a member providing a valid E-Mail address to Slingo.com in which Slingo.com can validate the authenticity (or uniqueness) of the member. Prior to "Activation", members may participate in some game play and other activities on Slingo.com, but will be unable to chat or perform any task in which a member's content would be displayed publicly (including but not limited to chat rooms, message boards, e-greetings, and entering prizes) Members are not required to "Activate" their accounts and may continue to play games on Slingo.com without doing so, however members are encouraged to "Activate" their accounts in order to fully enjoy all of the features that Slingo.com has to offer.
You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account and for the security of your computer system. It is important that you not reveal your password to other users. Slingo.com will not ask you to reveal your password or ever initiate any contact with you asking for your reminder words. (If you forget your password, you can tell us your reminder words and we will send you your password.) You agree not to reveal your password to other users. You agree to indemnify and hold Slingo.com harmless for any improper or illegal use of your Account. This includes illegal or improper use by someone to whom you have given permission to use your Account. Your Account is at risk if you let someone use it inappropriately and your membership is subject to termination if you or anyone using your Account violates our Terms of Service. If your Account is terminated, you may not join Slingo.com again without our express permission. You may not sell or charge others for the right to use your Account.
Please refer to the Rules of Play. If you, or anyone using your Account, violate our online conduct or Content standards, Slingo.com may take action against your Account. We may issue you a warning about the violation, or we may choose to immediately terminate your Account. You acknowledge that Slingo.com is not required to provide you notice before terminating your Account, but it may choose to do so.
Upon request by Slingo.com, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Slingo Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, vendors, and content providers from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, that arise from a breach of this Membership Agreement for which you are responsible or in connection with your transmission of any Content on Slingo.com. Slingo.com reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In that event, you shall have no further obligation to provide indemnification to Slingo.com in that matter. This Section shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Slingo Inc. may update or revise the Membership Agreement at any time. By becoming a Member of Slingo.com, you agree that Slingo Inc. may change the terms of this Membership Agreement. If we revise the Membership Agreement, such revision shall be effective immediately after posting the new Membership Agreement on Slingo.com. You agree to review the Membership Agreement periodically to become aware of such revisions. You can view the Membership Agreement at any time by clicking on the Terms of Service link at the bottom of our Slingo.com home page. Your continued use of the Service after a revised Agreement is posted on Slingo.com will mean that you accept all such revisions. If you don't agree to the changes, or to any of the terms in this Membership Agreement, your only remedy is to cancel your Account.
Either you or Slingo Inc. has the right to terminate or cancel your Membership at any time. You understand and agree that the cancellation of your Account or a particular subscription is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with Slingo Inc. This includes, but is not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (1) any term of this Membership Agreement or Slingo Inc.'s enforcement or application of this Agreement; (2) any policy or practice of Slingo.com, including the Rules of Play and the Privacy Policy, or Slingo Inc.'s enforcement or application of these policies; (3) the Content available through Slingo.com or any change in Content provided through Slingo.com; or (4) your ability to access and/or use Slingo.com.
You can cancel your Membership or a particular subscription by delivering notice to Slingo.com's Customer Service Department at Accounts@slingo.com . Active Slingo.com Members may not allow former Members whose Memberships have been terminated by Slingo.com to use their Accounts.
Termination of a Membership by any means will result in the loss of all accumulated points, "Slingo Coins", contest entries and other web site benefits. These cannot and will not be recovered for any reason.
You agree that this Membership Agreement is not intended to confer and does not confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than the parties to this Agreement. You also understand and agree that the Slingo.com Rules of Play and the Slingo.com Privacy Policy, including Slingo.com's enforcement of those policies, are not intended to confer, and do not confer, any rights or remedies upon any person. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. The laws of the State of New Jersey, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules, govern this Agreement and your Membership. As noted above, Member conduct may be subject to other local, state, national, and international laws. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with Slingo.com or relating in any way to your Membership or your use of Slingo.com resides in the courts of New Jersey and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of New Jersey in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Slingo Inc. or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, vendors and content providers.
You agree to abide by U.S. and other applicable export control laws and not to transfer, by electronic transmission or otherwise, any Content or software subject to restrictions under such laws to a national destination prohibited by such laws, without first obtaining, and then complying with, any requisite government authorization. You further agree not to upload to Slingo.com any data or software that cannot be exported without prior written government authorization, including, but not limited to, certain types of encryption software. The assurances and commitments in this Section shall survive termination of this Agreement.

SECTION 3
SLINGO.COM "SLINGO COINS" POLICY
By registering at Slingo.com, you are a member ("Member") of the Slingo.com "Slingo Coins" Program ("Program") and you automatically are provided a Slingo Coins Account ("Account"). Employees and directors of Slingo, Inc. ("Sponsor"), and their respective affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, web masters and web suppliers and the immediate family or members of the households of such employees or directors (whether or not related) are not eligible. By participating in the Program, you agree to the terms of this agreement, the Terms of Service and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Program is owned and operated by Slingo, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Sponsor reserves the right to limit enrollment in the Program at any time. You agree to promptly notify Sponsor of any change in your email address or personal profile by updating your personal information on the My Account Page of the Slingo.com Web site. Sponsor will contact all Sweepstakes and Contest winners using the supplied email address.
How the Program Works
As a Member of the Program, you can earn Slingo Coins ("Coins") by engaging in certain activities designated by the Sponsor, as explained below in "Earning Coins." After accumulating the requisite number of Coins, you may use them to enter Sweepstakes and Contests.
When you initially register as a member of Slingo.com, you must complete an online membership application that requests information such as your login name, password, gender, birth date and email address. Your email address must be unique. If you submit an email address that is not unique, you will be requested to enter a new email address.
Your Account will contain all of the Coins you earn from your activities on Slingo.com. Your password and your Account, as well as the Coins therein, are personal to you. You may not allow anyone else to use your password, Account or the Coins therein, and you may not use anyone else's password, Account or the Coins therein. You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Sponsor will not be liable for losses that you incur through the use of your password by a third party.
You agree that any information that you provide on the online application, to Sponsor will be complete, true and accurate. You further agree that you will abide by all of the terms and conditions of the offers, promotions and programs of Sponsor.
You agree not to engage in any conduct that would be detrimental to the interests of Sponsor, including, but not limited to:
- attempting to fraudulently accrue or redeem Coins
- tampering with the contents or links placed on the Sponsor Web site.
At its sole and absolute discretion, Sponsor may terminate your membership in the Program or cancel your Account if Sponsor knows or has reason to believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the intent of this Agreement or the Slingo.com Terms of Service. You understand and agree that if Sponsor terminates your membership in the Program or cancels your Account that you will forfeit any rights to redeem the Coins you had accumulated and such Coins would be forfeited. Sponsor's decision to terminate your membership in the Program or cancel your Account shall be final and binding.
You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your membership in the Program. If applicable laws, rules or regulations prohibit your participation in any part of the Program, then you are responsible for complying with such laws, rules or regulations.
Coins have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Once you fulfill all applicable requirements to earn Coins from engaging in particular actions, the designated number of Coins earned by the particular action will be transferred into your Account. It is your responsibility to regularly check your Account to ensure that awards of Coins have been properly credited and that your Account balance is accurate.
You acknowledge that Sponsor is not a bank and that the Coins in your Account do not constitute a deposit and are not insured by any government agency or held in trust. You can only redeem your Coins in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Upon valid login, Sponsor will provide you with your available "Coins" balance on the My Account Page of the Slingo.com web site. If you dispute the balance in your Account, you must immediately contact Sponsor by email at Accounts@slingo.com to document the discrepancy. Sponsor will investigate the alleged discrepancy and, at its sole discretion, adjust the balance or otherwise. Any action,if any, taken by Sponsor shall be final and binding.
There will always be available methods of earning Coins, but Sponsor is under no obligation to provide members with any particular number of methods to earn Coins.
The Sponsor has set a maximum limit of 2,147,483,648 Slingo Coins that can possibly be earned. In the event that a player reaches this amount, their Slingo Coins will freeze at this level. Sponsor is not responsible for Slingo Coins that are lost due to a player attempting to accumulate more than 2,147,483,648 Slingo Coins.
Players have two options when their Slingo Coins reach this level:

1) Utilize Slingo Coins on contests or prizes or
-
2) Leave their account at 2,147,483,648.
Note: Please remember that coins earned beyond this amount are LOST and are not stored.
Expiration of Coins and Termination of Membership
Accumulated Coins do not expire, except when your Account and membership in the Program has been terminated for whatever reason. Termination of membership, by any means, will result in the loss of all accumulated Coins.
Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time with notice. This means you will have 30 days from the date that notice of Program termination is provided to you to accumulate and redeem the Coins in your Account. Notification of Program termination will be sent to your email address or publicized on the Sponsor Web site. Sponsor will not be responsible for failing to notify you of Program termination where such failure is caused by an error in your email program, an inaccurate email address or your failure to check for your email or the Sponsor Web site.
AT ANY TIME EITHER YOU OR SPONSOR MAY TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM OR CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT WITH OR WITHOUT CAUSE. YOUR RIGHT TO ACCESS OR USE YOUR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY CEASES UPON TERMINATION AND YOUR UNSPENT COINS SHALL BE CANCELED.
Your rights under this Agreement and as a Member in the Program are non-transferable. Coins are non-transferable and are void if transferred. Coins may not be sold, bartered or otherwise exchanged between you and a third party.
Modification of this Agreement
Sponsor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to check to see if this Agreement has been modified. Sponsor will not be responsible if you do not learn of a modification to this Agreement. Your continued participation in the Program after a modification to this Agreement shall be deemed your acceptance of such modification and your consent to abide and be bound by any terms of this Agreement as modified.
All notices given by Sponsor to you will be given by email or by general posting on the Sponsor Web site.
All questions or disputes regarding the Program, including but not limited to, questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program or accrual or redemption of Coins, must be submitted via email to Sponsor at Accounts@slingo.com . Any such disputes shall be resolved by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event that an error is made by Sponsor, such error shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement, and your sole remedy shall be the credit of the disputed Coins to your Account. This Agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of New Jersey, excluding its conflict of law principles.
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between Sponsor and you relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, communications, and/or advertising with respect to such subject matter.
If any provision of this Agreement is held by the arbitrators to be contrary to law, then such provision shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect. Sponsor's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Sponsor in writing.
SECTION 4
SLINGO.COM "SLINGO SCORES" POLICY
Playing most games on Slingo.com allows members to accumulate "Scores" (also refered to in game rules as "Points" or "Credits". Slingo.com makes a "best effort" attempt to record scores either at the end of a game, or upon a user action, such as clicking on a "Cash Out" button.
Due to the nature of the internet, Slingo Inc. in no way guarantees the successful recording of scores to the Slingo.com databases. Any scores which are "lost" cannot be recovered in any way. This includes any and all game scores, progressive jackpots, in game jackpots, or other related scores.
Slingo.com games are presented "As-Is" and Slingo Inc. is not responsible for lost scores due to, faulty hardware or softare, lost or garbled internet communications, Internet Service Provider errors, faulty game or server code, or any other reason.
Improper Accumulations of Scores
During beta periods or upon the discovery of faulty code that would allow one player to accumulate more scores than another player (undocumented methods of earning "Scores"), Slingo Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to completely eliminate the scores for a particular game and reset all player scores back to zero. This practice is done often at the end of a "Beta" period and can happen several times during the testing period of a game.
Also, in the event that a single player is using a method described in the "Terms of Service" that gives that player an unfair advantage (such as a game "exploit", "bot", any automated systems of playing, using software such as "Tracer" or other macro recording software in order to play games automatically or defeat time out features) will result in the immediately deletion of a player's score for that particular game and may result in the termination of the membership in accordance with the Terms of Service.
This is at the sole discretion of Slingo Inc. and the decision is final.
Unlike Slingo Coins, scores for a player will be deleted if unchanged for a period of longer than 180 calendar days. Scores which are deleted in this fashion cannot and will not be recovered. Members will not be notified prior to the deletion of scores and the responsibility for aging scores is left solely in the hands of the member. Players must record at least one score within 180 days or scores for that game will be deleted.
Games that do not have or record scores are not affected by this. The first scheduled date of deletion will be May 1st, 2004 and happen daily subsequent to that.
SECTION 5
Information Collection and Use
Slingo Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to other parties in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Slingo Inc. collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
In order to use certain services of this website, a user must first complete the registration form to create an "Account" and become a "Member". During registration a user is required to give brief contact information. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site, notification of contest winners, and other Slingo.com or Sponsor/Advertiser related information.
By registering with Slingo.com, you consent to Slingo Inc. and the Slingo.com website to send you Email. These Emails will, generally, be informational in nature. When you first register at Slingo.com an "Activation Email" will need to be Emailed to a valid Email address. Also, due to Email being the only way we can contact prize winners, any time a user wins a prize on Slingo.com, we may need to contact that person by Email. Slingo Inc. may also send out Newsletters no more frequently than weekly. If you do not wish to receive this type of Email from Slingo Inc., then do not register at Slingo.com.
In order to use certain services of this website, a user is asked to complete a member "Profile". This profile contains more detailed demographic information about a particular member; however, this information is used to gather aggregate data about all of our users and not specifically linked to a member. Personally identifiable information about any of our members is not shared with any 3rd party E-mail addresses may be shared with our sponsors and advertisers, but not in a way that would link an email address to a particular member profile. Addresses that are collected are used as a means to send users prizes that they may have won.
In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
Slingo Inc.'s stated policy is that no user under the age of 13 is permitted to register at Slingo.com. We encourage parents to spend time online with their children and urge parents to instruct their children to never give out their real names, addresses or phone numbers, without permission, when using any web site.
We recognize a special obligation to protect personal information obtained from young children. If a person under the age of 13 falsifies information in order to register with Slingo.com, and we are made aware of the situation, the account will be deleted. Since our site is available to children under the age of 18, we monitor our site carefully, and delete any personally identifiable information as quickly as possible.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information about the user. By storing a cookie, a registered user is able to use the web site.
Users who delete or do not accept cookies may still access our site, but will not be able to log in, download games, play games, send E-Greetings, enter prize drawings, or post messages on our Message Boards.
We use IP addresses to analyze which services our visitors use, administer the site, and gather demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. An IP address may be used as a method for blocking access to the web site, or features within the site, from a person whose intentions are to deface, alter or cause harm to Slingo.com, its equipment or its members.
Slingo.com uses Webtrends (Provided by the "Web Trends Corp. and NetIQ) to collect data about our website. The information that is gathered pertains to usage and computer statistics and is in no way personally identifiable. This information allows us to better understand the technology used to access our site so we can make improvements if necessary and to understand the behavior of the users on our site.
Slingo Inc. does not disclose any personal information about registered children under 18 years of age to third parties, regardless of parental consent, or share or disclose personal information other than as set forth in this policy, provided however, that in the event of a merger, acquisition, or the unlikely event of bankruptcy, management of Slingo Inc.'s customer information may be transferred to its successor or assign.
Slingo Inc. may share its database of email addresses with its advertisers, sponsors, affiliates or other 3rd party providers who we believe will offer products or services our members would have interest in.

- In order to send an E-Greeting, members who have completed an "Activations" can simply visit the E-Greetings area on Slingo.com.
- Individuals, organizations and businesses are free to send Slingo.com E-Greetings for any lawful, worthy and ethical purpose, except as limited by these rules.
- Slingo.com E-Greetings must not be used to solicit customers or sell products or services.
- Users or "Search Engines" with "robots", "spiders", or other automated programs may visit the Slingo.com website, but are prohibited from sending E-Greetings.
- All E-Greetings users must use appropriate names and language in the name spaces, address spaces and other spaces provided in Slingo.com E-Greetings.
- Users are forbidden from using false e-mail addresses. In addition, E-Greetings users may not send electronic greeting cards to people or other entities with whom they are not acquainted.
- Unacceptable use of E-Greetings, as defined above, and in the Slingo.com Terms of Service or as determined by Slingo Inc., can result in the privilege of sending E-Greetings being revoked.
- We reserve the right to suspend the ability to send or receive E-Greetings at any time at our sole discretion with or with cause or prior warning on our part.

MESSAGE BOARD POSTING GUIDELINES
The Slingo.com community is full of people who are ready to write about Slingo.com and have a good time. You can read and exchange messages with friends, pick up new game playing tips, and find out what's going on in the Slingo.com Community. These guidelines have been designed to help you enjoy the use of our Slingo.com message boards.
The following guidelines will make posting new messages and browsing existing ones easier for everyone. If you have any questions about our message boards - please email CommunityManager@slingo.com .
All messages are reviewed by Moderators before they are posted to the web site.
Slingo Inc. is NOT responsible for any content that you may find offensive or objectionable. Slingo Inc. maintains sole control over the decisions of the content that is allowed to be posted to Slingo.com. Slingo.com uses an approximation of Prime Time National Television standards to enforce our Terms of Service.
At times, objectionable content may be posted against our best efforts to prevent it. By using the Slingo.com message boards, you agree that Slingo.com is not liable in the event that you are exposed to content that you find objectionable or offensive. If you believe there is inappropriate content on the Message Boards, contact CommunityManager@slingo.com .
The following types of messages are PROHIBITED and will be deleted:
- Messages containing reference to the exchange of any kind of graphics file
- Messages containing phone numbers, street addresses, post office boxes, or URLs (such as Web Pages and FTP sites) However, email addresses are permitted
- All duplicate posts
- Messages with the intent to sell or trade any products or services
- Messages including inappropriate language or pictures(including - vulgar, obscene, harassing or abusive language - even if masked by symbols or other characters)
In an effort to foster community growth, our revised message board will allow members to have the ability to add certain pictures to their message board posts. This would allow people to share pictures of themselves and their family. Members will also be able to link to pictures from their own web sites to share with others.
Since we are allowing members to add pictures, such as "Avatars", "Signature Pictures" and "Profile pictures", to the web site, we reserve the right to immediately delete any pictures that Slingo Inc. believes to be inappropriate for the Slingo.com web site.
Any Member found posting any pictures that contain vulgar, illicit, illegal, pornographic or other inappropriate content will have their membership with Slingo.com cancelled immediately.
Members are not permitted to link to any content that is protected by copyrights, that is illegal, or that in any way would cause liability to Slingo Inc. By linking to content another website, you agree that you have full permission to do so and indemnify Slingo Inc. Slingo Inc. will cooperate fully with any company who believes that you have infringed on their intellectual property.
Please check to see if there is already an existing folder that is appropriate for your message. For example, if you are having a problem with a game, post to the "Technical Support" folder. If you have come up with some new lingo, post to the "Slingo.com Lingo" folder.
If there's no appropriate folder for your message, feel free to request a new folder. To request a new folder, please email CommunityManager@slingo.com . Please include the exact name of the folder you are requesting and a brief description of what the new topic will be about. Unused or rarely used folders will be removed at the discretion of Slingo Inc.
Slingo.com is accessible to the entire world and would welcome the chance to create an international community. Since not all countries speak the same languages, we would appreciate that all of your posts and messages be in English. Since we cannot translate all languages on our Message Boards, posts in languages other than English will be deleted.
Don't be afraid to type! Short messages are unlikely to get much of a response, however, if you write something about yourself or your experiences, you're more likely to receive a response. We also encourage you to read ALL of the messages so you can get involved in discussing the issues, share news of interest from your local area, post messages or questions, and help make this forum an exciting place for all members of our community. Overview
These general rules apply to winning prizes of ANY kind on Slingo.com and supercede any existing Prize Rules and are binding in all respects. Participation in Sweepstakes or prize winning of any kind constitutes your agreement to all stated Prize Rules and the Slingo.com Terms of Service.
These rules are under our complete control and can be amended or changed at any time without notice as we see fit.
Criteria and Eligibility
Slingo.com will verify the eligibility of the winners prior to awarding any prize. Players must meet the following criteria before any prize will be awarded:
- Player MUST be able to be reached by Email AND have a valid address on file and fulfill the necessary paperwork requirements for the Contest or Raffle. Not all prize winners will be notified by Email before a prize is shipped
- Player must meet the eligibility requirement for the particular prize. Eligibility requirements are stated in the specific prize rules for each Contest or Sweepstakes on Slingo.com
- Player must not be in breach of the Terms of Service in any way in the method used to accumulate Slingo Coins or the method used to enter the particular Contest or Sweepstakes.
Players who do not meet the above requirements will forfeit their prize. The prize will then be awarded to the next random eligible winner chosen.
Address on file in the player profile with Slingo.com MUST be correct in order to get any Merchandise Prize. Merchandise Prizes will be mailed to the address on file with Slingo.com within 14 days of eligibility being verified. P.O. Boxes will be acceptable. Players can update their profiles by logging into the Slingo Community Site Here and click on the MySlingo link to get to the area to update/edit your profile.
It is at the sole discretion of Slingo Inc. if any player is deemed ineligible to collect a Merchandise Prize for violating the Slingo.com Terms of Service. Any attempt at cheating, hacking, manipulating, changing or otherwise altering scores in order to defraud the Slingo.com will result in the deletion of all earned Slingo.com scores, Slingo Coins and entries into any contests or other raffles or drawings, as well as the termination of their Slingo.com account.
EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT OF ANY KIND
Prize Winning Limitations
There are 2 categories of prizes that can be won on Slingo.com. These will be referred to as "PROMOTIONAL PRIZES" and "Slingo.com Sweepstakes".
PROMOTIONAL PRIZES - Players are limited to 3 (three) merchandise prizes per calendar month for participating in Slingo.com activities.
Activities include but are not limited to:
- Tournaments
- Special Tournaments
- Slingo Chat Room Events
- Slingo Live Trivia
- Other Random Slingo.com Promotional Prize Offerings
If Slingo Coins are offered in conjunction with a Promotional Prize and the player is over their allotment for the calendar month, the player will still receive the Slingo Coin award.
"Slingo.com Sweepstakes" - Players are limited to 2 (two) prizes per calendar month for any Slingo.com Sweepstakes.
Players who win prizes that are over their allotment of prizes for a given calendar month in either category will forfeit that prize. The prize will then be awarded to the next random eligible winner chosen.
Delivery
Promotional Prizes will be awarded while supplies last ONLY. Promotional Prizes are not transferable and NO SUBSTITUTIONS will be made. In the event that a player has won a Promotional Prize and the particular Promotional Prize is no longer available, a substitution of another Promotional Prize will be made.
Promotional Prizes will be shipped to residents of the United States and Canada and any country which the United States does not have an embargo of goods.
Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for delivery due to mail delays. All packages will be sent U.S.P.S standard mail. International shipments should allow 6 to 12 weeks for delivery due to international customs and mail service delays.

Community.slingo.com is a social networking service that allows Members to create unique personal profiles online in order to find and communicate with old and new friends.
This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Slingo Community Services. By using the Slingo Community Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the Slingo Community Website) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with Community.slingo.com).
This Agreement includes the Slingo Community's policy for acceptable use of the Slingo Community Services and Content posted on the Slingo Community Website, your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of the Slingo Community Services and the Slingo Community's Privacy Policy.
Please choose carefully the information you post on the Slingo Community and that you provide to other Users. Your Slingo Community profile may not include the following items: telephone numbers, and any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. Despite this prohibition, information provided by other the Slingo Community Members (for instance, in their Profile) may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services, and the Slingo Community assumes no responsibility or liability for this material.
Community.slingo.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Slingo Community Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.
- Eligibility. Use of and Membership in the Slingo Community Services is void where prohibited. By using the Slingo Community Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 14 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the Slingo Community Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 14 years of age.
Content Posted.
- Community.slingo.com may delete any Content that in the sole judgment of Community.slingo.com violates this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person.
- You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on or through any of the Slingo Community Services, and any material or information that you transmit to other Members and for your interactions with other Users. Community.slingo.com does not endorse and has no control over the Content. Content is not necessarily reviewed by Community.slingo.com prior to posting and does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of Community.slingo.com. Community.slingo.com makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Content or to the accuracy and reliability of the Content or any material or information that you transmit to other Members.
Content/Activity Prohibited: The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited to post on or through the Slingo Community Services.
- is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
- harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
- exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;
- contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;
- solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
- provides any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses;
- promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
- promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
- involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or "spamming";
- contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
- furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
- solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users;

- for band and filmmaker profiles, uses sexually suggestive imagery or any other unfair, misleading or deceptive Content intended to draw traffic to the profile.
Member Disputes: You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Slingo.com Members. Slingo.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
